While the lobby exudes a warm ambiance, the experience fell short due to maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail. The views and cleanliness were appreciated, but unresponsive staff and inconsistent amenities left me questioning if I’d return. It was an okay stay, but certainly not exceptional.

The location felt great, overlooking a tranquil lake. The heated indoor pool offered a relaxing experience after a day out. Staff friendliness stood out. everyone was welcoming and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, the room had several cleanliness issues, including leftover hair in the bathroom and dust under the furniture. The breakfast options were limited, mainly just continental items without much variety. Checkout felt a bit rushed with no extended options, which was disappointing given the good qualities of the place.

americinn was a great find! the tile in the lobby made it feel homey. we loved the heated indoor pool, very clean and refreshing. the room had a pleasant smell, was peaceful, and had a lovely view. enjoying the fish in the pond was a nice touch!

The staff provided helpful service throughout my stay, going the extra mile to ensure comfort. The king room I stayed in was impressively clean, which made my experience more pleasant. Additionally, the bed was very comfy, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day of activities. Other guests appreciated the cleanliness as well, which I found to be true during my visit.

We had a comfy king suite with a whirlpool tub and a nice lake view. Rooms were clean and well-kept.

We enjoyed our stay. the breakfast surpassed expectations and the room was well stocked. However, we were disappointed with the lack of adjoining rooms despite the request.
